3 Tips to Lose Weight

Weight loss without pain? If you are desperately trying to squeeze in workouts and avoid your favorite rich treats in calories, it can seem like there is nothing about it without pain.

Yet while eating healthier and slipping in exercise does take some work, it does not really require heroic effort. Make some changes in simple lifestyle can pack a big punch weight loss over time.



1. Add, Do Not Subtract
Forget diet denial: Try adding foods to your diet instead of subtracting.
Add in healthy goodies you really like, such as dark red cherries, juicy grapes, or crunchy snow peas. Slide in your favorite bag lunch and breakfast cereal fruit; add vegetables into soups, stews and sauces.
